Human Rights
Statement
Last updated January 2026
TENET is committed to respecting fundamental human rights across our work, partnerships, and operations. This commitment informs how we design, build, and deploy digital systems globally.
Our Commitment
We support internationally recognized human rights frameworks, prioritizing:
- Privacy and data protection.
- Fair treatment and non-discrimination.
- Responsible use of technology.
Responsible Technology
Digital systems influence behavior and access. We work to avoid misuse or harm, favoring clarity and proportionality where systems shape decision-making.
We expect partners and suppliers to adhere to basic rights standards, rejecting engagement with entities involved in forced labor or trafficking.
Scope & Responsibility
TENET is a design studio, not a data broker. Clients remain controllers of their data. While we design systems for effective operation, ultimate use lies with the deploying organization.
We recognize complex legal environments; our ability to monitor operations beyond our direct work is limited by ethical and privacy constraints.
Risk Awareness
We mitigate risk through privacy-aware design, project-level assessments, and use-case reviews before deployment.
Concerns related to ethical conduct or technology misuse may be raised without fear of retaliation at the contact below.
"Responsibility starts with design decisions made early, not disclaimers added later."
