TENETWORKS (operating as TENET.WORKS) is committed to conducting its business in a manner that upholds and advances fundamental human rights across all aspects of its operations, supply chain, and service delivery.
Governing Framework
TENETWORKS's human rights commitments are guided by and consistent with the following internationally recognised frameworks and instruments:
- The United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), including the duty to respect human rights and provide access to remedy.
- The UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).
- The International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Labour Standards, including conventions on freedom of association, collective bargaining, elimination of forced labour, elimination of child labour, and non-discrimination.
- The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
- The EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) principles, applied proportionately.
- Applicable national human rights legislation in the UAE, United Kingdom, and India, including UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, India's labour codes, and UAE labour law.
TENETWORKS acknowledges that trademark rights, brand naming conventions, and commercial designations operate within, and are subordinate to, the broader framework of fundamental human rights. No commercial interest of TENETWORKS shall be pursued in a manner that knowingly infringes on the rights of individuals as recognised under applicable international human rights frameworks.
Labour Rights & Fair Working Conditions
TENETWORKS is committed to maintaining a working environment for all personnel, contractors, and collaborators that respects fundamental labour rights and provides fair, safe, and dignified working conditions consistent with applicable law in each jurisdiction of engagement.
- Fair Compensation: All personnel engaged by TENETWORKS are compensated at rates consistent with or exceeding applicable minimum wage standards in their jurisdiction of engagement, and are paid promptly in accordance with agreed terms.
- Working Hours: TENETWORKS respects reasonable working hours and does not require personnel to work excessive hours without appropriate remuneration. As a remote-first studio, TENETWORKS supports flexibility in working patterns that respect individuals' wellbeing.
- Freedom of Association: TENETWORKS respects the right of all personnel to freedom of association and collective representation to the extent recognised by applicable law.
- No Forced or Compulsory Labour: TENETWORKS prohibits all forms of forced, compelled, bonded, trafficked, or involuntary labour in its own operations and across its supply chain and contractor relationships.
- No Child Labour: TENETWORKS does not engage individuals below the applicable minimum working age in any jurisdiction.
- Contractor and Subcontractor Standards: Where TENETWORKS engages subcontractors, freelancers, or remote collaborators, such engagements are conducted under written agreements that impose equivalent prohibitions on forced labour, child labour, and unlawful discrimination.

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Prevention
TENETWORKS has a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and all forms of labour exploitation within its own operations and across its supply chain and contractor relationships.
- TENETWORKS will not knowingly engage with any vendor, subcontractor, or business partner that engages in, facilitates, or benefits from modern slavery or human trafficking.
- Where TENETWORKS's Services involve the production of outputs that could be used to facilitate or conceal modern slavery, TENETWORKS reserves the right to decline or terminate such engagement immediately.
- TENETWORKS maintains supply chain transparency appropriate to the scale and nature of its operations and will investigate any credible reports of modern slavery risk within its supply chain.
- TENETWORKS will, where applicable and required by law (including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015), publish a transparency statement outlining its due diligence procedures and findings.
Digital Accessibility Commitments
TENETWORKS is committed to the principle that digital experiences should be accessible to all individuals, regardless of disability, assistive technology use, or access limitations.
- TENETWORKS designs and delivers digital products with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), targeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance as a baseline standard for client deliverables where accessibility is within scope.
- TENETWORKS's Website is designed and developed with accessibility principles as a core consideration, including semantic HTML structure, appropriate contrast ratios, keyboard navigability, and screen reader compatibility.
- Where Clients engage TENETWORKS to design digital products or interfaces, accessibility requirements should be specified in the SOW. TENETWORKS will provide accessibility guidance and implementation support proportionate to the agreed scope.
- TENETWORKS recognises that digital accessibility obligations vary by jurisdiction, including obligations under the EU Web Accessibility Directive, UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations, Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, and equivalent applicable laws.
- TENETWORKS is committed to continuously improving the accessibility of its own Website and, where contractually within scope, of Deliverables produced for Clients.

Ethical AI Principles
TENETWORKS integrates artificial intelligence tools into its creative and operational workflows. The following ethical principles govern TENETWORKS's development, use, and delivery of AI-assisted outputs:
- Fairness and Non-Bias: TENETWORKS commits to evaluating AI tools for bias, discriminatory outputs, and fairness limitations before integrating them into client-facing workflows.
- Transparency: TENETWORKS will disclose to Clients, upon reasonable request, the nature and extent of AI assistance used in the production of Deliverables.
- Human Oversight: AI-generated content incorporated into Deliverables is subject to human review and editorial judgment prior to delivery.
- No Harmful Use: TENETWORKS will not use AI tools in a manner designed or likely to deceive, manipulate, surveil, discriminate against, or harm individuals.
- Data Minimisation in AI: Where AI tools process Personal Data, data submitted is minimised to the minimum necessary for the intended purpose.
- Accountability: TENETWORKS accepts responsibility for the AI tools it selects and the outputs it delivers, and will engage constructively with any Client concern regarding AI-assisted Deliverables.
Digital Dignity & User Safety
TENETWORKS is committed to the principle of digital dignity: the right of all individuals to engage with digital products and services in a manner that respects their autonomy, privacy, and safety.
- TENETWORKS does not knowingly design or build digital products intended to engage in dark patterns, manipulative user interface design, coercive data collection practices, or any other technique designed to deceive or harm end users.
- TENETWORKS will decline or terminate engagements where the intended use of Deliverables is to facilitate illegal surveillance, discrimination, harassment, or targeted harm against individuals or groups.
- TENETWORKS designs with privacy by design principles in mind, recommending data minimisation, user consent mechanisms, and transparent data practices as part of its interface and product design approach.
- TENETWORKS acknowledges the potential societal impact of design and technology and commits to critically evaluating requests that could contribute to harm, misinformation, or the undermining of democratic or legal institutions.
Reporting & Grievance Mechanisms
TENETWORKS provides accessible channels through which personnel, contractors, Clients, and third parties may raise concerns relating to potential violations of this Human Rights Policy or applicable human rights standards:
- Reports of human rights concerns, discriminatory conduct, harassment, labour exploitation, or ethical AI concerns may be submitted to: ethics@tenet.works
- All reports received through this channel are treated with strict confidentiality to the extent permitted by applicable law and will not result in retaliation against any individual who raises a concern in good faith.
- TENETWORKS will investigate all credible reports of human rights policy violations and take appropriate remedial action.
- Where a concern relates to TENETWORKS's own conduct, Data Subjects and affected individuals also retain the right to raise complaints with the competent data protection supervisory authority in their jurisdiction.
